Even My Blood Pressure Had Risen

Oh my! Feeling good and great health is important.
We can accomplish much in life, but not without health.
We had a fantastic day planned; we were off to climb our favorite mountain!

Fatigue set in and I had to cancel. Day after day, I grew more and more fatigued. I went to see my doctor and she asked how my workouts were going. One excuse led to another and another. She ran some tests and let me know that all looked fine except my blood pressure was slightly elevated; but said she just believed that I had let too much time go by without my normal exercise regimen.

She suggested I get back to my workouts. Know what? She was right! I got back on my workout routine and fatigue has left me. How could I have forgotten how good it feels to exercise? She gave me a list of suggestions to add to my dietary needs and told me to go back in a month.

When I went back, she was impressed!
Even my blood pressure had dropped by 30 points back to normal.

THIS will always be a part of my daily routine!
We are off to climb that mountain and enjoy life! No time to be sedentary. Snow or no snow, we are off. I encourage you to GET STARTED NOW. If you aren't sure where to begin,
