It's Up To My Hips!

Who is ready for summer? Summer is on the way..somewhere.
We got one more snowfall today. Now it is up to my hips. Considering that winter is almost over, I decided to make some more Snow Ice Cream. Today. So out into the frozen tundra I tromped with my over-sized pan and a large spoon.

The surface of the snow seemed sturdy enough so I took one more step to get close enough to a nice clean area, when whoosh! Right down in I sunk all the way up to my hips. Determined to still make the Snow Ice Cream happen, I scooped the snow into my pan and called to my son. Who did I call? None other than my trusty comedian Joshua!

He of course, came around the corner to my rescue, but not until he indulged himself in a good hearty laugh threatening to take my photo and to post it on Facebook with me stuck there. After I sufficiently threatened him, he helped me out of the hole I had sunk into and here is my beautiful treat!
Here's the recipe:
SNOW, as much as you want
1 cup heavy cream
2 eggs
3 heaping Tbsp. Xylitol
1 tsp. vanilla
1 heaping scoop Dr. Berg's Kale Shake (YUM)
3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. espresso powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup choc. chips

Mix and eat QUICK!

You can purchase Dr. Berg's Kale Shake here.
This mix is actually very good, no fake proteiny taste. Really chocolatey
