Okay fellow baby boomers, as you age, you might think that you are just going to feel tired, achy, grumpy, or just plain old. However, this is not true. You do not have to feel old. In fact, there are things you can do to start feeling and looking younger than your years now. Let’s take a look at some of them.
1 STRETCH:
Start stretching each morning. Regular stretching helps you become more flexible, so you will look and feel younger. Stretching relaxes your muscles so allowing you to move more gracefully and youthfully .
2 POSTURE - STAND UP STRAIGHT:
Didn’t your parents always tell you, "stand up straight?" Well, there are many reasons for that. Some of the cosmetic reasons for maintaining good posture are; it can help you look up to 10 pounds lighter; Your stomach looks flatter; your torso looks longer; and you get rid of the old; tired hunched look. Some of the physical reality is, when you stand up straight, you are stimulating the muscles in your body to remain strong.
3 EXERCISE:
Exercise has many benefits for your overall health and well-being to include; your body, heart, mind and emotional. Just 15 minutes a day helps ward off depression; improves you mood; and sends more blood to your skin giving you a healthier glowing complexion and youthful look.
4 EAT MORE FRUITS AND VEGGIES:
Eating foods that boost your energy level, like fresh fruits and vegetables can make you feel younger as it provides the fiber and vitamins which you need to thrive. Fruits and veggies are nutrient dense.

Stress takes a toll on the body. It puts unnecessary wear and tear on every system in your body. Not only will you FEEL older but you look tired and many years older.
